JulieStew.art – Shipping and Delivery

JulieStew.art offers original artworks, fine art prints, and selected digital works. Each piece is prepared and delivered with care. The information below outlines how shipping and delivery works across artwork types, including international orders.


Order Processing

Processing times vary depending on the artwork purchased:

  • Fine art prints (including AI & digital artworks):
    Printed and shipped as physical artworks. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days before dispatch.
  • Original artworks:
    Processing time may vary depending on size, framing, and packaging requirements. You will be contacted if additional time is required.
  • Electronic delivery (by request only):
    Digital delivery is not automatic and is only provided where explicitly stated on the product page or agreed to in writing.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.


Shipping Methods

Physical artworks are shipped using trusted carriers, including:

  • Australia Post
  • Courier services (for larger or higher-value works)

All artworks are carefully packaged for safe transit. Tracking is provided where available.


Delivery Timeframes (Estimates)

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once an order has been dispatched.

Australia

  • Metro areas: 3–7 business days
  • Regional / remote areas: 5–12 business days

International Shipping

  • International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.

JulieStew.art is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • artwork size and weight
  • destination
  • shipping method selected

Large originals or special handling requirements may require a separate shipping quote.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply
  • These charges are the responsibility of the buyer
  • JulieStew.art cannot predict or control customs charges or delays

Authority to Leave & Risk

By placing an order, you authorise delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Once an artwork has been delivered and confirmed by the carrier:

  • Responsibility transfers to the purchaser
  • JulieStew.art is not liable for loss or theft after delivery

If signature on delivery is required, please contact us before dispatch.


Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • clear photographs of the artwork and packaging

We will assess the issue and advise on the appropriate resolution.


Digital Delivery (By Request Only)

Digital or electronic delivery is not standard for artworks listed on JulieStew.art.

Where digital delivery is offered:

  • This will be clearly stated on the product page, or
  • Confirmed directly with the purchaser prior to fulfilment

Unless explicitly agreed, all artworks — including AI and digital works — are delivered as physical prints.
