• Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send back the item.

3. Conditions for Returns:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

4. Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

• Original artworks, custom pieces, and items on sale are non-refundable.

6. Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us for further instructions.
